6.3 How to Make Curd Rice
Step 1- Cooked a cup of rice,try to make soft rice so that it can mix with the curd easily.
Step 2- Let the rice cool,do not mix the curd in hot rice.
Step 3 - When the rice cooled add thick curd in rice and mix it properly so the rice properly mixed and coated with the curd.Mashed gently with the help of spoon so the texture becomes creamy.
Step 4 -Add a spoon or 2 spoon water to maintain its better consistency you can also add little milk.
Step 5 - Add salt as per taste and mix it ,add little cumin seeds powder,green chillies finally chopped, spices as per taste.you can also add greted carrot or cucumber.
Step 6- Now the material is ready and it's a time to tempering it,heat one table spoon of oil in tempering pan and add some cumin seeds and mustard seeds,curry leaves,dry chilli,let them splitter and gently pour this on the curd rice.

7.1 Ingredients for paneer bhurji and wrap
- 1 cup crumbled paneer
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small chopped tomato
- 1 small chopped capsicum (Optional)
- 1 Small chopped Carrot (optional)
- 2 table spoon oil

- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder
- Garam masala
- Coriander leaves
- Chat masala

7.2 How to make Instant Paneer Bhurji Wrap
Step 1- Take a pan and heat 2 table spoon of oil.
Step 2 - Add chopped vegetables like onion, capsicum, carrot,saute it for 30 seconds.Add tamato and spices and cook for one minute.
Step 3 - Add salt turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala,chat masala and mix it all properly.Cook for one or two minutes.
Step 4 -Add the main ingredient that is paneer in the mixture cook for 1 minutes.You can take crumbled and cube shape small paneer.
Step 5 - Take roti or Paratha to make a wrap and spread green chutney or souce on the roti, spread 1 or 2 spoon of paneer bhurji in the centre of the roti or Paratha.
Step 6- Roll the roti or Paratha like a wrap.Now the paneer bhurji wrap is ready to eat.You can enjoy as a breakfast,as evening snacks,as tiffin for school college,as light dinner.
