Basically, you chuck a bunch of stuff like tulsi, mint, pepper, or even liquorice into boiling water, let it hang out for a bit, and boom, you’ve got your drink. People swear it’s good for you—whether it actually is, I’ll leave that to the scientists. But hey, at least it smells nice and makes you feel all zen or whatever.
